The Menu:
- Tomato, roast red pepper and smoked paprika soup with wholemeal country loaf
- Caramalised onion and blue cheese tart
- Marinated lamb backstrap with fresh apple, mint and chilli chutney
- Roast winter vegetable salad with bacon, saffron and roasted lemons
- Braised red cabbage
- Harvest fruits upside down cake with orange sauce and honeyed yoghurt

The only thing left to do after that is to pop the champagne cork, set the table and all sit down to enjoy the lunch and each others’ company.
You will leave Peartree Lane with a little sample box, copies of each of the recipes and brimming with inspiration.
The cost for the day is $85 and we can cater for up to 12 people.
