CHRISTMAS PLATTER DAYs filled up fast, so I have added two more in December.

The Christmas Platter day is a collection of seasonal, festive delicacies to entertain in a relaxed fashion over the holiday period.

Included:

• pestos
• pate
• colourful terrines
• salmon gravalax
• asparagus
• strawberries
• cranberries and chicken
• fresh herbs
• edible flowers
• mincemeat delights

The day starts at 10am and finishes about 3.30pm.
