WINTER MENU


SOUPS, SCONES, CHUTNEYS AND PIES DAY
  • Luscious thick chunky winter vegetable soup w/ lentils, beans and salami
  • Creamy cauliflower and blue cheese soup
  • Clear mushroom consomme soup
  • Pear and date chutney with delicious indian spices and the roasted red pepper sauce
  • A delicious savoury pie filled with a salmon fillet, wilted spinach and horseradish/lemon cream cheese
  • Apple, apricot and raisin filo pastry pie
The next one of these classes is on next Sunday 10th July and there are currently 4 places left!

LUSCIOUS LATE WINTER LUNCH
  • Curried pumpkin and parsnip soup
  • Beef wellington
  • Cassoulet w/ spicy chirizo and haricot beans
  • Spinach and feta tart
  • Roasted carrots w/ cumin, honey and orange, potato and pear gratin
  • Apple and almond pudding w/ creme anglais
The rest will be a surprise on the day !

The class on August 21st is full, but there are still several places left on Sunday 25th September.

THE BAKERS DAY

The class on Sunday August 7th is full but I am hoping to run another later in the year, let me know if you would be interested.

  • mushrooms and red onion jam
  • pate maison
  • salmon roulade
  • chocolate, mousse and meringues
All set to entertain with gorgeous platters !
