The weather has turned, the fire is going and it is time to start thinking about warm autumnal food !

SUNDAY MARCH 25TH 2018 : LUSCIOUS AUTUMN LUNCH
Salmon Ceviche, Herby stuffed crepes, Meaty Lasagne w/ homemade pasta, Roast Pumpkin salad w/ Avocado and Walnuts,‘Shades of Green’ Coleslaw w/ preserved lemon dressing, Bread and Butter pudding w/ Quinces, Set Cheesecake w/ feijoa compote
SATURDAY MAY 12TH 2018 : ITALIAN DINNER DAY
Bruschetta, Salsa Rustica, Insalata, Fresh Pasta w/ sauce Puttanesco, White Rissotto,Hunter’s Chicken (Pollo alla Cacciatora) ,
Wilted Greens, Pears in Vino Santo, Tiramisu made with homemade Mascarpone.
SUNDAY MAY 13TH 2018 : LUSCIOUS WINTER LUNCH 1
Tomato, Roast Red Pepper and Smoked Paprika Soup w/ Country Wholemeal Loaf, Curried Kumara Filo Pastries, Marinated Backstrap on Mustard Mash w/ red onion jam and Braised Red Cabbage. Roasted Winter Vegetable salad, Apple and Feijoa Tarte Tartin w/ Bay Custard
SATURDAY MAY 26TH 2018 : SCONES, SOUPS, CHUTNEYS AND PIES DAY
Do you fancy making the ‘famous’ Pukeko Junction Savoury Scones, Date and Citrus Scones and Fruity Muffins ?!
Three yummy soups to tempt the winter taste buds, Chutney and Sauce to give a sparkle to winter lunches.
Three delicious Pies : Roast Kumara and Feta Galette, Salmon and Spinach Pie and Apple, Raisin Filo Tart w/ Orange Sauce

Coddles Eggs, French Onion Soup w/ Cheesy Croutons, Moussaka (very retro but still a goody !) Leek and Blue cheese Tart,
Stuffed Baked Potatoes, Roast Pumpkin Salad w/ Chickpeas and Sun dries Tomatoes, Brussel Sprouts w/ bacon,
Roasted Winter Fruit Salad , Pot Barley, Orange and Sesame pudding

The classes start at 10 am and finish about 3.30 ish . The cost is $95 per person including coffee, tasters, lunch, vino and all
the recipes to take home.
